In the event your watch has been damaged by water, Time4Diamonds will offer to repair the watch at your expense if possible. Warranty covers the mechanical parts of the watch and excludes damage by any form of water damage or misuse of the watch in any way. Any warranty offered will therefore be with Time 4 Diamonds directly for a period of 12 months unless otherwise stated. This Warranty protects your watch against manufacturing and mechanical faults subject to the conditions within this clauseĪny watches that you have asked to be customised will automatically lose their manufacturer’s warranty as soon as customisation begins on the watch. Our WarrantiesĪll watches come with a Time 4 Diamonds DMCC Ltd 12 month warranty (the ‘Warranty’) from the date you receive the watch. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
If you order Products from our site for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, fees or charges applicable to the country where the Products are being received. If you cannot locate your country on this list, please contact us and we will provide a fixed quotation for delivery of the product. A list of the countries served by FedEx can be found.
We deliver to all countries covered by our chosen courier, FedEx. Please contact a member of the Sales Team to arrange at least 24hours in advance. Products can also be collected from our office by appointment only for security reasons.
Our delivery charges may vary dependant on your address and the weight of the parcel and will be discussed with you by a member of the Sales Team at the time of order. The release of a watch remains at all times at the discretion of the company.ĭelivery charges are not included in the price of the Products. This is subject to there needing to be no alterations to the watch and no complications with the order, and also on the receipt of any documentation that the company requires from the customers before the watch is released, ie ID, proof of address etc. If you place an order and make a payment for an item that we have in stock before 3pm, and all funds are accepted and cleared by our bank and/or merchant account, we will endeavour to dispatch that item to you within 24hours.
